Four bonus episodes. No guests. Just the frameworks and tools I use with coaching clients every single day.

I'm doing something different this summer.
Starting July 23rd, I'm dropping four bonus episodes of The Divorce Planner Podcast, and these are very different from my regular Season 1 episodes. No guests. No interviews. Just me, sharing the exact frameworks and tools I use with my coaching clients every single day.
Each episode is 10 to 15 minutes. Short, focused, and built around content I've never shared publicly before.
If you've been listening since the beginning, you may remember the two solo episodes I released earlier in Season 1. If you missed them, start there before the summer series drops.
They're the foundation for everything that's coming.
S1 Ep. 21 - The 5-5-5 Rule: Your Divorce Decision-Making Framework
If you're stuck in decision paralysis, overwhelmed by every choice you need to make during divorce, this one is for you. The 5-5-5 Rule is one of my signature coaching frameworks. It helps you zoom out when you're stuck in the weeds and figure out which decisions actually matter — and which ones are just emotional noise you need to let go of.
The response to this episode has been tremendous. I'm so happy to hear how listeners are applying it to their own divorces.
S1 Ep 23 - Dear Future Self: The Exercise That Will Change How You Navigate Divorce
The entire divorce process is designed to pull you backward. Every negotiation is about what happened — who earned what, who did what wrong.
This episode gives you a framework for shifting from looking backward to building forward. It's the same practice I shared on the Divorce & Beyond Podcast, where it became their most downloaded episode of the year.
This exercise will change your divorce experience from one of looking behind you, to looking ahead.

Here's what's coming this summer
Episode 1 - July 23: The Slow Fade
What's really happening when you've emotionally checked out of your marriage.
You're still there. You're doing the routines, showing up for the kids, keeping the peace. But somewhere along the way, you checked out. This episode is about what that actually means, and what to do when you recognize yourself in it.
Episode 2 - July 30: How to Tell Your Spouse You Want a Divorce
What to say, when to say it, and how to handle whatever reaction comes your way.
This is one of the most common questions I get from clients, and one of the least talked about in any real, practical way.
This episode gives you a framework for one of the hardest conversations of your life.
Episode 3 — August 6: 4 Weeks to Divorce Ready
My complete step-by-step preparation roadmap.
If you're at the beginning of this process and don't know where to start, this episode is your starting point. I'm walking through exactly what to do, in what order, to get yourself prepared before you file.
Episode 4 — August 13: Reframing Divorce As An Opportunity
How to go from surviving this chapter of your life ending to intentionally designing your best next chapter.
This is the episode I wish existed when I was going through my own divorce. It's about shifting from a mindset of loss to one of intention, and what that shift actually makes possible.
